A counselor by training, Alexandra Cork's work always centers the emotional and psychological health of the child as priority. Her nearly 15 years in schools as a counselor, dean, college advisor and senior leader have provided her with a wealth of experience building thriving, joyous learning communities.  In this time she has worked the entire spectrum of K-12 education collaborating to creatively tackle challenges. 

As a consultant, Alexandra partners with schools, families and organizations supporting youth to build capacity in others to do the same. Utilizing the data of the community being served and empirically proven strategies, she cultivates solutions that are adaptive and effectively lead to academic success.

Alexandra is a product of Maryland public schools and graduate of Johns Hopkins University & Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has a passion for helping youth thrive. Alexandra is a fervent believer that students who know they are seen and whose voices have been nurtured have significantly improved outcomes in school and life. She dedicates her life’s work to making this a reality for as many youth as possible.
